The FMB204 is built for places a normal tracker will not survive: motorcycles, agricultural machinery, quarry and construction plant, and any mounting point exposed to water and dust. The IP67 housing is sealed against both.
A high-capacity internal battery keeps it reporting when external power is intermittent — common on equipment that is switched off for long periods or has its battery disconnected between shifts.
