Device Transfer & Re-Installation

When you sell a vehicle or rotate hardware, the tracker should move with it. Our technician removes the device, tidies the original installation, refits it in the new vehicle and reassigns it on the platform so history stays attached to the right vehicle. This is deliberately a supported service rather than a self-service job: a transfer done badly is the most common cause of a device that reports intermittently for months afterwards.
