Choose a report, understand the numbers, and share what you find.

Open the account page and select Reports to review activity across all vehicles in that account or one selected vehicle. Reports use the account timezone, so confirm it before comparing dates with external records.
Run a Report
- Select the account you want to report on.
- Open Reports and search the report picker for the type you need.
- Select all vehicles or search for a specific vehicle.
- Set the start and end dates, then apply the filters.
- Review the summary and entries before downloading a CSV or PDF.
The default range is month to date. Both dates are included, and a range can cover at most 366 days. Split longer periods into separate reports. The page displays 25 entries at a time.

Read the Totals Correctly
Journey time is elapsed start-to-end time, including stops; it is not a moving-only total. Usage reports select completed journeys by their start date. Recorded idle time counts completed idling periods that end inside the date range and excludes open periods. No recorded idling events does not establish that no idling occurred.
Fuel efficiency uses fuel and distance from the same journeys with usable fuel readings. Missing or negative readings are excluded; a genuine zero reading remains zero. Check the coverage value before comparing vehicles. For example, a vehicle with fuel data for only two of ten journeys does not have a complete consumption record. Reports do not estimate missing fuel readings.
Event reports list received alerts. Several alerts can relate to the same driving episode, and missing alerts do not prove that an event never happened.
Maintenance includes completed work by completion date and outstanding work by scheduled date. Choose future dates for upcoming services; widen the start date to include older overdue work. Overdue status reflects today's date or the current device odometer, not the status at the historical report end date. Costs are shown in KES, and missing costs are not treated as zero.
Download CSV or PDF
- CSV includes all matching entries, not just the page you are viewing. Open it in a spreadsheet for further analysis.
- PDF includes up to 1,000 entries. If the result exceeds that limit, narrow the date range or vehicle filter, or use CSV.
- Both downloads preserve the applied filters. Verify the account, period, and vehicle selection before sharing the file.
- PDF reports include reporting scope and summary totals, with account and service-provider details where available.
Downloads require the same account access and subscription eligibility as the report page. Maintenance reports also require maintenance access. Number formatting can follow your browser language, but that does not change the stored units or currency.
These reports are generated on demand. Scheduled journey digest emails are a separate feature described under Notifications and Journey Digests.
