Choose the file type that matches your task. A dashboard template describes a layout, a KML file describes a geographic track, and a fleet report describes activity in a selected period.

Export a Filtered Fleet Report
- Open the correct account and choose Reports.
- Select one of the supported reports, a vehicle or the whole account, and inclusive start/end dates.
- Apply the filters and inspect the results and summary.
- Choose CSV for analysis or PDF for a formatted report.
- Open the downloaded file and check its scope before forwarding it.
If PDF export asks for narrower filters, reduce the dates or select one vehicle, or download CSV. The 366-day report range limit is separate from the PDF row limit. For example, a short period with many events may still exceed 1,000 PDF rows.
Import and Export an Analytics Template
First save the desired dashboard as a named template. Use its Export template action to download JSON. On the destination account or vehicle where you have the necessary permissions, open the template controls and import that file, optionally giving it a new name. Then explicitly choose the scope when applying it.
Importing a template does not copy fleet history, create vehicles, or grant access to the original account. Applying it replaces the selected dashboards' widgets and layout. Check whether the destination trackers supply the chosen metrics.
Download an Invoice
Open Billing, choose the invoice, and use its PDF download action. Check the account, invoice number, totals, and payment status. An invoice PDF is a billing record; it does not independently establish fulfilment of a device order.
If a File Will Not Download or Import
Check your role and subscription access, then review the displayed validation error. For report downloads, reduce the selection if it exceeds the limit. For template imports, confirm the file is valid Fleetr template JSON and no larger than 1 MB. For service attachments, check the supported type and 10 MB per-file limit.
Customer bulk spreadsheet import of vehicles or drivers is not documented as an available workflow here. Do not upload vehicle lists into the analytics template importer; use vehicle and driver creation or ask support about assistance with a larger fleet.
